MILAS Founder

Sebastian Duncan-Portuondo is a lifelong resident of Miami born to a Cuban mother and American father. He graduated high school from MAST Academy in 2004 and continues his education at Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania as a Studio Art major and Latin American Studies minor. In his sophomore year of college he received the Eugene M. Lang Opportunity Scholarship, which he used to create MILAS.
